Ionic Cordova Platform Add Android – EPERM: Operation not permitted

So you’ve created your brand new Ionic application, tried to install the Android plaform and then:

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted

Really simple fix here, just run command line as an administrator (right-click command prompt, run as administrator). Once the new command prompt window is open, enter the same command to install the Android platform and you should be good to go!
